Come and celebrate Broomtime with us on Saturday!

Bromley is named after the little yellow broom flower – it grew in profusion in the fields – and the town held a festival every year. This year, we are going to celebrate it again. We will be in the central Atrium of the Glades.

Hopefully we will be upstairs (rather than the previously published downstairs) if Bromley Town football club win their game on Saturday!

  • Come along and:
  • * Have a sprig of broom to wear!
  • * See our new Exhibition, with a special panel on the Broom flower!
  • Come on our guided walks to Martins Hill where the broom can still be found!
  • Activities for Children – make a Broom King or Queen crown and have your photo taken at our selfie-spot!
